A cheerier message...

This weekend has been just the tonic I needed to shake off my grey cloud. I've given the house a spring clean and everything is in order.  I've booked a weekend in Madrid and bought a new striped dress. My nails are painted a cheering coral and I'm looking forward to the week ahead.

I start boot camp tomorrow morning at 6 o'clock and am actually rather excited.  I'm hoping it will give me a real kick start to the day and get me back on track.
